We stand behind our products and want you to love them - we do our best to take care of our customers and aim to deal with all situations fairly & responsibly.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us at shopcocoandfinn@gmail.com and we will rectify this right away!

WE ONLY OFFER IN STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding sizing, etc. Online store credit is valid for one year.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-gift card / Credit code within 3 days of the delivery of your return. Store credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You are not credited back shipping. Thank you for your patience!

DO WE SEND RETURN LABELS?
We do not offer return labels at this time. Instead, we aim to keep our prices low and offer frequent promotional codes so customers can shop the styles they love for less.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:
  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping. 
  • We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however your prefer. 
  • Merchandise must be sent back within 21 days from the receive date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
  • Store credit can not be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you. 
  • Flash sale and sale items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges!
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges!
  • Bodysuits and intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges!
  • We do not hold items for returns or exchanges. 
  • Please allow 3 business days for return processing. 
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an e-gift card / code with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
